All members have access to our active private message thread. This private message thread is monitored by administrators. It has a general chat section where you can celebrate your alcohol free wins, ask for support when you're struggling, and ask any other questions you have during your journey.

There is also a section with a Weekly Focus topic.  In this section, Sara guides you through a weekly focus and offers 5 daily tips throughout the week that pertain to the Weekly Focus. The Weekly Focus will help you be continually supported on your alcohol free journey.

Each week there is a weekly group coaching calls.  Each of these calls starts off with a presentation by one of our coaches.  This presentation lasts about 15 - 20 minutes and is recorded and emailed out to ALL members of the Day Makers Community.

After the coach presentation, we have time for a Q & A and general check in.  This part of the call is not recorded to protect privacy of our members.

The calls are times vary to fit a variety of schedules and time zones, but even if you cannot make it on live, the call is recorded so you have access to it later.
